We are dedicated to giving you high quality products and giving back to the community through the Cosy Future Corp Non-Profit. If you are not satisfied with your product you can return it within 30 days.
Return & Refund Policy
Refunds
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after your items are delivered to us.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
If an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days upon receiving so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not issue the refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
